Our team understands that sometimes, unexpected things happen which may cause you to miss your appointment.
For appointments that are cancelled without sufficient notice (12 hours), we charge a cancellation or no-show fee of $75.
We gently remind our new and existing patients that we reserve your appointment time specifically for you and your health. Notifying us that you’re not able to attend your appointment allows us to allocate your time to someone else.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us to reschedule or cancel.
