Billing Policy
Our billing policy is flexible to meet your individual needs. Fees for consultations may be different based on your age, whether you hold a concession card, or the type of appointment required. Our goal is to ensure that healthcare remains accessible to all while maintaining the highest standard of care.
- Children under 5 with Medicare: Bulk billed for all standard consultations.
- Children aged 5 to 16 with Medicare: Billed at our concession rate.
- Patients aged 17 and above with Medicare: Billed at our general consult rate.
- DVA Gold Card Holders: Bulk billed for all eligible services.
- Health Care Card (green) and Pension Card (blue) holders: Billed at our concession rate.

Bulk-Billed Services
The following services are bulk billed for all eligible patients:
- GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMP)
- 40-49 Health Assessments
- 45-49 Health Assessments
- 75+ Health Assessments
- 715 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Assessments
Patients Without Medicare
Patients who are not eligible for Medicare, such as international visitors, will be billed at the full consultation rate. Please speak with our team for specific rates.
Telehealth Consultations
Telehealth services are available and are billed at the same rates as in-person consultations, including after-hours and weekend fees.
Cancellation and No-Show Fees
We charge a cancellation or no-show fee for appointments that are not attended or cancelled without sufficient notice (12 hours). Please see our practice policy for more details.
