How do I make an appointment?

You can book an appointment by calling our practice during business hours or online through our website.

To book an appointment online, you can click the “Book an appointment” button in the top right of the header menu. This will take you to our booking page on HotDoc, where you can follow the prompts to book an appointment with Health on Henley for a time that suits you.

Alternatively, you can call Health on Henley to book an appointment on (08) 7118 7782.

What hours is Health on Henley open?

Health on Henley is open between 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Currently, Health on Henley doesn’t offer after-hours appointments.

Do you have after-hours appointments?

No, Health on Henley doesn’t currently provide after-hours appointments.

Will I have to pay a cancellation fee if I don't show up to my appointment?

Yes, our cancellation fee is $75.

Please remember, your appointment time has been reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your planned appointment, please contact our team as early as possible to avoid paying the cancellation fee.

Will I be charged a fee for my appointment?

Yes, Health on Henley is a mixed-billing practice. This means that many of the services will incur a gap fee. Discounts on the gap fee are available for people who have an eligible concession card. Please visit our Fees page for more information about the gap fees that will be charged.

Our practice uses Medicare Easyclaim, which allows patients to receive the rebate for their appointment back in to their account almost immediately.

Do I have to pay in full after my appointment?

Yes, you have to pay in full after your appointment is complete. At Health on Henley, we use the Medicare Instant Rebate system, which means that the value of your Medicare rebate will be returned to your account instantly. Please remember to bring your debit card to facilitate this!

Do you bulk-bill?

Health on Henley is a mixed billing practice, which means that most of the services incur a gap fee. Please visit the Fees and Billing page for more information about the fees charged.

A range of appointments are bulk-billed, including Chronic Disease Management Plan appointments.

What is a Nurse Practitioner and what can they help me with?

Nurse Practitioners are highly skilled Registered Nurses who have completed additional post-graduate study. Nurse Practitioners can prescribe many medications, request imaging (i.e. x-rays and scans), order pathology (i.e. blood tests), complete sick certificates and do a range of procedures.
